Make A Wish.
Project Overview: Make-A-Wish Foundation – 8,000th Wish Milestone Film
We were honored to produce a comprehensive and emotionally powerful film for Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire, documenting the journey of granting their 8,000th wish. The wish was granted to 10-year-old Xayden, a leukemia survivor, who dreamed of having a golden retriever puppy—a “friend for life” to bring him joy and companionship during his recovery.
Production Highlights
Multi-Day, Multi-Location Filming:
Spent an action-packed day capturing footage at John Wayne Airport on the tarmac, onboard Coast Guard boats, and filming with the Orange County Fire Department while coordinating with the Sheriff’s Department.
Conducted multiple days of interviews with Xayden, his family, doctors, Make-A-Wish staff, and others who played a key role in his journey.
Storytelling with Purpose:
The film chronicled the entire process, from Xayden’s diagnosis and treatment to the wish reveal, weaving together personal narratives and breathtaking visuals.
Special attention was given to crafting a video for the gala that played behind Xayden’s back while he was onstage, ensuring the surprise remained intact for him while the audience became emotionally invested in his story.
Capturing the Surprise:
The culmination of the film included the reveal at the gala, where Xayden learned his wish was granted. This moment was filled with joy and gratitude, not only for Xayden and his family but also for the community of supporters in attendance.
Project Intent and Outcome
Emotional Engagement: The gala film was designed to immerse the audience in Xayden’s story, creating a shared moment of surprise and celebration that deeply resonated with everyone present.
Comprehensive Coverage: The full-length film chronicled every aspect of the wish, from the initial interviews and coordination to the climactic reveal, providing a complete and compelling narrative.

Eastside.
Project Overview: Eastside Christian Church – "Making A Way" Live Music Video
As Director of Photography, I was honored to be part of creating the live music video for Eastside Christian Church's new single, Making A Way. Written within Eastside’s worship community, this song was inspired by the unfinished faith journey of so many and serves as a heartfelt prayer for the church. The live recording, captured during their campus rally, reflects the powerful spirit of worship.
Production Highlights
Multi-Camera Coordination:
Directed a team of videographers using five cameras to capture the live performance with depth and variety.
Ensured dynamic angles, from wide shots of the congregation to intimate close-ups of the worship team, brought the song’s emotion to life.
Two-Day Filming Process:
Rehearsal Day: Focused on capturing intricate close-ups and refining the visual storytelling.
Performance Day: Documented the live worship experience, blending raw energy with cinematic precision.
Creative Visual Direction:
Oversaw lighting, framing, and camera placement to create a visually compelling narrative.
Worked closely with the production team to ensure the visuals matched the message and energy of the song.

The final music video for Making A Way is a dynamic and inspiring production that beautifully conveys the song’s message. Available on all major music streaming platforms and Eastside’s YouTube channel, the video captures the essence of faith and worship while encouraging viewers to reflect on God’s faithfulness in their own lives.
